During a children’s sleep-away camp aboard the Brig Pilgrim, when a famous method actor refuses to break character, his performance brings the “age of science and reason” to an abrupt and violent end. This forces Kathryn Elizabeth, a marine biologist and devout scientists, to make a difficult decision: accept the actor’s new world order, or risk sacrificing her sanity to fight back (quite comedically) against the changing of the times.
